Departmental Committees

Departmental committees form the backbone of the Teaching-Learning process. Every faculty member of the Department is added to one or more departmental committees. Each committee has a convener who is responsible for the overall functioning of the committee. The Head of the Department (HoD) is the De-Facto chairperson of every committee. The committee is constituted by the HoD in consultation with senior faculty members of the Department before the commencement of every session. The audit of the work of every committee is done from time to time by the HoD together with senior faculty members of the Department.
